Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the app store, not by us.
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → TNM Cancer Staging. Or open Manage subscriptions.
- Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Or open Manage subscriptions.
Turning off auto-renew stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Please note that we do not provide refunds for cancellation — see our Terms of Use.
I paid but premium features are not unlocked
Open the app, go to Settings → Premium and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase. If it still does not unlock, email us and include the store receipt.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete account. This removes your account and its data. You can also email us and we will action it for you.
I am not receiving notifications
Check that notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings. In the app, Settings → Notifications shows the current state and offers a shortcut to turn them on.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Reference content is stored on your device, so staging lookups work without a connection. An internet connection is needed to sign in, sync favourites and receive content updates.
Is the content clinically reliable?
Content is written and reviewed by our clinical team and updated over the air. The app is an educational and reference tool only — it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations, and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating clinician. See the Terms of Use for the full disclaimer.
How do I report incorrect content?
Email us with the cancer site, the stage or field affected, and what you believe the correct value is. Content corrections are prioritised.
Report a bug
The app can send a diagnostic report for you: Settings → Report a bug attaches app logs automatically. Otherwise email us with a description of what happened and what you expected.
